When jumping job feels right until it's not

Hi all! Just wanted to ask if any of you felt that a particular job switch was the right decision at the time, and as time slowly passes in the new company, you kind of low-key regret it?

Could be that you wished you had stayed in your old job or maybe switched to another job instead?

For my case I jumped job for a 22% base salary increment but after staying in the job for 3 years now I got an average of 2.5% increment each year.

At that point of jumping I was probably ahead of my peers but after 3 years all of them are getting a total compensation that is 30% higher than mine. Nonetheless, I am still grateful for the new job as the people are really nice and the work tempo is pretty good.
