My partner and I have been talking about getting engaged/married for about a year and a half now. He’s pretty anxious in general and overthinks everything, so he told me recently that if I want to get engaged I should probably propose to him. I bought myself a ring and him a ring, but I genuinely have no idea the best way to propose. There isn‘t a whole lot of traditional advice on how a woman should propose to a man. We’re both kinda indoorsy homebodies and pretty private, so he’d get instantly suspicious if I randomly suggested we go on a trip or a hike. Any tips reddit?
