It’s not a self promotion of something I just wanted to have people’s opinions on this. Was thinking to do something good in this space.

I am new to personal training and a k11 certified personal trainer having knowledge in nutrition and strength training.

As I see many of us trying to teach our parents generation to get towards right eating habits , adding a small strength training to their schedule.

So I want to be your parents friends,

Guide them with their principle and giving them new perspectives about life.

Teach them about how not to feel old mentally and make them believe they are not at end line of life and there is lot more remaining to do what they missed while hustling for kids life.

I have developed a mechanism and framework about how to work with them how I can make them 1% better each day.

And will show you results in 1 month.

Price : as I mentioned I am starting I would like to do it for free for first 45 days and I am considering to take only 6 people for now.

Process :

Will get on call with you and your parents together,

Will try to bring out top 3 health issues they are facing.

And will stick to those issue and get started.

Mostly I will guide them around with small lifestyle things they can change literally very small once so that they don’t feel like they are going through a big process.

And I will try to get through a workout of 20-30 minutes. At the very initial and later will try to get them through 40 mins daily workout.

Will not do it like a trainer or a doctor but would train them like a buddy to them.
