Built these bad boys last semester for my woodworking class.

One class was focused on chair making, where I built a mahogany chair and learned how to do the leather upholstery on the seat and back. Definitely learned a lot in that class.

The main project was a piece we got to design ourselves, and I ended up making an oak display cabinet with tambour doors on the top section. This project probably taught me more than anything else I’ve built so far. Lots of mistakes, problem solving, and figuring things out along the way, but I’m really happy with how it turned out.
