My phal has mushrooms growing in the bark? Should I be concerned? Repot?

I've noticed small mushrooms in the pot of my phal. It otherwise looks okay, has aerial roots, the leaves look normal,... (not visible on the photo, because I focused on the mushrooms)

Does anyone have any idea what these might be and if they're harmful to the plant?
