I have an in-home single server with one client on the same network. The server is vastly overpowered for plex and bandwidth is fine. If I'm watching most anything and rewind it will sit at 33% when trying to play again. Sometimes it plays, sometimes it's faster to stop, back out and start again. The server has existed for about 2 years and I really don't recall this being an issue when it was new. How can I resolve this?
