Currently, I have a HyperX headset, and at the moment it works fine, but it hasn’t been perfect. The microphone attachment is something I basically don’t use anymore because when I did, it would consistently echo when on calls with people and I would have no idea how to fix it, even lowering the sensitivity as much as I could. It made playing specific games and even just talking annoying.
That was the main issue, but this morning I also noticed the audio was off. Quieter in the left ear and only fixed after some position adjustments.
With that and the previous microphone grievance, I’m starting to wonder if I need a replacement. Maybe not immediately but a recommendation for when the time comes would be nice. Any gaming headset that is actually good audio wise, as I love listening to music on high volumes, and has a good microphone that won’t echo.
