Hello there - I am going to be honest, I know very little about PC's outside of very basics. I recently bought a new PC since mine was 10 years old at this point. I bought a premade from meta PC's with a 970xt and Ryzen 7 7800X3D. I have been noticing since starting playing WoW again, I am getting a lot of stuttering or choppiness. For example, when sitting in Silvermoon City, it feels like I am constantly dropping to like 1 frame for a very split second happening repeatedly (most notably if I am sitting there and NPC's are walking by). What is interesting is if I hit the Windows key, it seems to completely fix the issue when it is in the background. I have turned on and off nearly every setting and combination there of to try and fix this, and I'm worried it's the PC itself (I Haven't played anything else though). This also includes turning on and off the framerate caps and adjusting its framerates limits. Does anyone have any recommendations on any software that can monitor the PC and pick up what the actual issue is so I can figure this out? Thanks!
