Help me interpret my 9 yo lab results
Hey, all! My son is a 9 year old boy, maintaining weight (78 lbs) and actually been gaining regularly, he’s 4’6 ft tall. He has had issues with his stomach for years, like abdominal pain. Enough for him to go to the nurses office every other day in school. He always complains of belly pain. He gets canker sores like once every other month, he has no cavities. He has a good appetite, no diarrhea. At his well visit last week they referred him for blood work to check for celiac. I have attached his results. In November I took him to the ER because urgent care sent him there. He was bent over in pain. X-ray/ultrasound showed nothing not even signs of being “backed up” but he did have a swollen node they saw near his abdomen, I’m assuming. They thought he was getting over a bug. His constant stomach pain and abnormal results have me questioning what is going on. To add two weeks ago we had a minor cold. His doctor was supposed to get back to me and hasn’t.
His CBC is all within normal range. His metabolic panel as well. His SED rate is: 45 mm (0-15 mm range). And his IGA is 291 MG (52-221 MG range).
Please give advice. 😓
