Can a cfs crash cause death immediately?

I don’t mean to scare anyone, but a few days ago I read a post here about a patient named James who his mom said he can no longer use his phone and only two days later he died, and Ive been terrified since I read this.

Previouly I thought that the way someone could pass away due to this illness is if for example they deterioratedso much that they cannot eat and digest food and eventually die from starvation, or if they have an organ failure long term, or so.

But this scared me so much, I am currently in a bad crash for the past few days after feeling better again for two weeks. And I have times in the day where I feel two week to for example move my arms.

I am so terrified does anyone have insights about this? Can bad cfs crash or being severe bedbound (but can still eat and talk, etc) cause immediate sudden death? If yes, what exactly is the cause of death in this case? Is it for example that the heart no longer had energy to function so it stopped?
