Hiring: Remote Appointment Setters — $200 USD per Closed Appointment (No Cold Calling)

We're an established residential home improvement sales operation in North America, and we're adding a few solid remote appointment setters to the team. If you've got phone skills and want a real shot at making good money without grinding through cold lists, keep reading.

What you'd actually be doing

You'll be calling warm and hot leads, homeowners who already raised their hand and asked us to follow up. Your job is to qualify them, book in-home appointments for our field sales team, take quick notes for the closers before each appointment, and keep their calendars organized.

That's it. No cold calling. No buying your own lists. No chasing dead numbers.

The schedule

Full-time, minimum 5 days/week (6 days a week preferred)

10 AM – 7 PM EST

Fully remote — preferably North or South America for the time zone, but open to anywhere if you can work EST hours

The pay

Commission-only: $200 USD per closed appointment

Performance bonuses on top

Progressive commission structure — the better you perform, the more you earn per booking

If you're consistent and coachable, this role pays well. We've got setters putting up real numbers on this exact system.
