So I got some new, thinner chenille yarn and decided to make an octopus without looking up any patterns. Just using what I learned and planning as I went. I ended up with my own octopus pattern as a result, or maybe it's a jellyfish hahahahaha.

Either way I think it's pretty cute and I want to make more.

This was a project that I started a while ago, then was shelved for some time when I got to the part where I needed to do an "inv dec" (invisible decrease) which I didn't know how to do yet, then I got sidetracked. I also didn't understand the instructions as well as I did yesterday, so the stitch count was greater than it should have been and at the end I had to do a bunch of decreases to close it up. I wound up with a cute gumdrop-shaped bee 😅

I took it to my grandma's today to show it off, she also happened to have visiting relatives. I didn't even think I would end up making a sale! They bought the bee for €10 and that makes me very happy, my first amigurumi sale ❤️

I used this pattern to make it, didn't come out the same way but nonetheless this was the pattern: https://www.hookedbyrobin.com/blog/2019/03/amigurumi-bumblebee-free-crochet.html
