I reached out to Kowon last week for a consult and they offered a video consult which is a first i’ve seen! I booked it about a week ago and had it yesterday at 8pm est which was 9am kst.
There was a translator live translating while the doctor went over my photos that I sent along with some references I had.
Overall it was pretty quick and he did some photoshop on the pictures I sent to show what would be done and what it would look like as an end result. Even though I barley asked questions because I actually thought it was today and not yesterday the doctor was really nice and has a high level of professionalism which makes me feel more comfortable going in for an in person.
I was indeed a bit unprepared but they said if I had any other questions I can chat with them about it and the doctor would answer.
