Has anyone else just lost most of the mobility in a joint. And I mean like QUICKLY. One of my party tricks is how hypermobile my hips are, I used to be able to pretzel and put my feet basically on my face for most of my life. Now my right leg still does it but my left I can't even fully bend and my foot doesn't even reach hovering over my pelvis. I can barely bend over, I struggle to put on socks, I struggle to wash all the parts of my body, I have to wear a knee brace all the time now because the tightness in my hip is pulling on it and it's too hypermobile to stay in place.

And this is after discovering an exercise to do in the pool that helped me so much I went from having to lay down all to day to being able to sit up for 50 - 70% of it. And weekly accupuncture w/ my twice weekly pt!

Anyone else rapidly lose mobility in a joint like that?
