Hi everyone,

I just took my Sarracenia (Leucophylla) back inside from hibernating - do you think I can trim the pitchers now, or should I leave them be until a few new ones have shot up? I can imagine the plant is still drawing nutrients from the green (alive) part of the pitchers and they might still be able to digest some insects, is that true and would that be a reason to leave them? Or would I even promote fresh pitcher growth if I removed the old ones?
