Need advice: I M21 think my girlfriend F21 is going to break up over antidepressants

I M21 have been with my gf F21 for just over 6 months now. We’re both college students and met in October and since starting dating we’d been talking about our future, travel plans, Halloween costumes, we made Spotify playlists together, etc. we were inseparable and every time we met up it was like a light at the end of a long schedule.

We were heavily in love. Then at some point at the end of February she told me she was feeling anxious and that she wanted to start SSRIs.

My initial reaction was hesitant because I’d heard the horror stories of people falling out of love and relationships ending. I told her about my concerns but she assured me that wouldn’t happen so I decided it’s best to support my girlfriend in her mental health journey and be as supportive as possible.

She starts them around mid March and things were fine, nothing changed for the first weeks - in fact she was very happy and giddy at first. I was immediately relieved just thinking how silly I felt for being worried.

Fast forward about a month and a half to today. The relationship is completely different. Slowly she began to completely stop reaching out over of the course of a few weeks. She stopped being loving entirely, conversations started becoming flat, clear signs of some kind of side effect in my mind.

Last night I texted her how I feel like she’s been acting differently and she told me she wants to talk in person on Sunday.

My fear is she’s going to break up with me over her side effects of the ssri she’s taking. I want to know if anyone has any advice on how to approach this situation, thanks for the help.

TLDR: my girlfriend is probably going to break up with me because she’s emotionally blunted but doesn’t realize it - how do I approach this situation?
