Gg software just isn’t starting up no matter what I do. I’ve tried all the things they say in the tiny unhelpful FAQ suggestions.

Last time this happened I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling and even though I backed up my clips folder before hand I still lost like a year of clips somewhere along the way. So i’m trying to avoid doing that again unless someone can help with preventing me from losing more.

Any help would be great im genuinely losing my mind over this stupid software 😭
