for the past year ish (occasionally, sometimes i get lucky and don’t bleed) when i have an orgasm, (no penetration) i bleed pretty much immediately after. it usually only lasts an hour to a few hours but sometimes it’s a day or 2 and occasionally heavy with mild cramping) i’ll also get random spotting/ bleeding even if i don’t have an orgasm. what could be causing this? i’m on continuous birth control (haven’t had a period in shout 2 years and i take the pill at the same time everyday
