My medical was done in 2022 Aug, and I am applying from within Canada, no travel history.
Will my medical be okay, how can I see if my medical was noted as low risk, medium risk?
I am hoping to get on a call with IRCC on Monday but until then if anyone has information based on their experience?
I have a question regarding claiming sibling points for CEC
My sister is a PR, and I’m planning to claim points based on her. The issue is with my father’s name spelling. My sister and my parents all use one spelling (which matches my father’s passport), but I have a different spelling of my father’s name on my documents. This happened because my father’s name was recorded differently across various documents over time.
I know it sounds confusing, but I’m worried this mismatch might cause issues when proving our relationship.
Would it be enough if I submit:
My sister’s and parents’ passports
My documents
An affidavit from my father confirming both spellings refer to him
Or has anyone faced a similar situation? Any advice on what documents worked for you would really help.
