I’ve been going back and forth on this because my current setup technically works, but the cost has me second guessing. I’m down about 15 lbs over ~2.5 months, so I can’t complain about results, but I’ve noticed every time I start looking at other providers or thinking about switching, I get out of my routine a bit (skip tracking, workouts fall off, etc.).

Earlier on I actually did switch once chasing a cheaper option and it kind of threw everything off—delays, different instructions, just enough friction that I stalled for a few weeks. Now I’m with Harbor and it’s been pretty steady. Nothing amazing, but I do like having some check-ins and being able to ask random questions when something feels off.

I guess I’m realizing the meds are only part of it… the consistency piece is way bigger for me. Still debating if saving money is worth potentially resetting that rhythm again. Curious if switching actually improved things for anyone long term or just added more variables?
