This is a MotoGP track, located around Compans Caffarelli in the centre of Toulouse, France.
Due to it's nature of being a city track, with VERY limited runoff zones (light gray), it may not be perfectly ideal (safety concerns), and could be used for Formula E instead.

I can however say that I've ridden around there, and it has great potential.
The little 'wiggle' on the Boulevard Lascrosses (bottom left of image) is actually kinda fun, as IRL one has to 'wiggle' through traffic, so it would be nice to almost, replicate it, on the track.
