Hello!! Would need advice lang sa fellow HRs here.
Is it normal na bibigyan ka muna ng pre-employment form (containing sensitive info like gov't mandated numbers and family background) before an initial phone screen? I just really find it suspicious or unusual kasi given my experience as an HR before, ngayon lang ako naka-encounter ng ganto kabilis na hiring process. Like? They didn't even contact me first to see if I'm really qualified for the job and they're already asking for those kinds of information. Kasi what if hindi pala ako qualified for the role tapos nakapagsubmit na 'ko ng pre-employment form? Like idk parang the process does not sit right with me bcs usually dapat inital screening muna, assessments (if any), JO, then tsaka na 'yung pre-emp form kapag onboarding stage na.
With this, I'd like to know, is this considered a red flag in the hiring process? I've done my research na rin naman and they're a legit company but even so, nawindang lang talaga ako sa hiring process.
I'd like to know your insights din po if I should push through or not.
Thank youuuu!
