Hi everyone, I’m currently on AarhusBolig and I’ve started receiving apartment offers, but I’m still a bit confused about how the system works.

So far, I’ve gotten offers for 3–4 apartments, but either:

• they were too far from my workplace, or
• the rent was too expensive for my current budget.

(my number in most of the offers is between 68 and 89)

I wanted to ask:

• Can I refuse apartment offers without being negatively impacted?
• Is there a limit to how many offers you can refuse before it affects your position or chances?
• If I accept an offer but later decide not to proceed, is that allowed, or can there be consequences?

I’m trying to understand the system better before making a decision. Any advice or personal experiences would be really appreciated!
