I had to miss a few miles/training earlier in the week due to sickness. I ran 13 Friday, then a 10 yesterday. Should/could I run again (4 miles) or should I take a rest day? Training for a 50k and trying to get 30 miles on the week less than a month out.

Update: I ran an easy 10k! Thanks!
