Does +to disciple skills increase wing strike damage?

Currently playing wing strike build and i have all stats on my charms. I do not know if disciple skill bonus increase the damage of wing strikes or just extends the duration of arbiter. I couldnt find any info on web, thanks for the help guys.

Hello, playing a wing strike build and not sure which one is better overall. Currently i use grandfather, Tyrael's jurisdiction on gloves and herald of zakarum charm. I feel like hammer has more damage but i become lot squishier if i dont use grandfather, as it add a lot of hp and toughness. Thanks for the help guys.
