I have been living in jaipur for past couples of years now. During this tenure i switched 2 flats. And my experience with owner while vacating the flats were horrible. While giving possession they make you feel so comfortable and as soon as you start living in the property they don't care about you or the flat. Right now i am living in a flat in mansarovar, let me clarify the owner and care taker of the flat are very well educated reputed people (atleast they have told us so). The rent and condition of the flat is bizzare. It is in a society which looks like it may collapse any day.

Let me tell you about all the facilities we have here in the flat.

  1. The whole flat is running on a single phase electricity system so don't be shocked if light get cut in middle of night. Because electricity load is too much to handle in summers

  2. We have 1 wadrobe in whole 2bhk flat to keep our stuff, which do not have a lock. And the doors dont close.

  3. Dont be surprised if suddenly water dont come in bathroom. Because apparently owner dont pay maintenance to the society which is included in the rent amount.

  4. Owner is no where responsible and should not be contacted in any case, even if the neighbors come to your RENTED flat complaining about the leaking walls which are causing them troubles.

  5. It is not owners problem if the flat is smelling because of the leaking walls, which he promised he will get fixed when we start living in the flat.

The whole experience is nightmare. First you deal with with corporate life and then come back to this mess.

Please help, if anyone know about any good flat in any society in mansarovar, lal kothi or tonk road under 18k. Please respond to this.
