Passed GDAT - thoughts
It was a tough one and I personally find the practice test easier, the exam was tougher. What's funny is that I am a blue teamer by nature but got cooked at the last section lol. But for whoever who wants to pursue this cert, I will tell you this.
The material can be quite dry and wordy, one textbook is like 150-200 pages. But it can be interesting to learn bout new stuff especially for me about GPO, AD persistence, ACE changes, Kerberos.
If you take this course, be sure to make your index heavily focused on book 3 & 4.
Overall, it is a good course to pivot from GCIH but it does not have Cyberlive, there are some questions that require user input. I would say its not begineer but more like intermediate. If you like AD stuff, then it would be easier to digest.
