hi, burner account.

a few times every month i experience an uncomfortable throbbing sensation in my genitals. it's not painful or anything, and usually goes away after an hour or so, but it's definitely unwanted. is this normal? i dont really have anyone in my life to talk to this about. i was only taught about unwanted arousal for boys, and i don't see a cold shower helping my situation. any advice is appreciated.
