I made a post a couple of days ago about lease agreement issues. I live with my mom and im not on the lease, but they still wanted a copy of it. I sent it in yesterday and today got denied for not sending documents in time. I sent in EVERYTHING they wanted. I called today and now they told me I need a statement from the landlord stating I live there. my moms landlord doesn’t want to write a letter or state I’m living there. they are dead set on this document that I can not provide and now I’m losing benefits.

hello. I sent in my renewal a few weeks ago just need copy of the lease. it’s under my moms name and I’m not on it. will they call the landlord?

Hello, I hope you’re well. I sent in my renewal a few weeks ago and sent in some documents they needed including a letter of domicile from a neighbor. now they are saying they need a copy of the lease. the problem is I’m not on the lease. I’m staying with my mom right now, me and my kids. she pays for everything, I currently have no income. Idk what to do? and haven’t got a hold of anyone. I’m in Texas. thanks in advance for your help.
