Hello.

For those who have wrote a statement and have good knowledge - I am currently in the midst of writing my statement. In regard to referencing the bundle, do I also include disclosed documents which support what I am saying.

For example - I was denied an investigation report for my own grievance apparently under GDPR. However, since disclosure I have the document which actually favoured what I said and seen management liable for a breach of confidentiality.

So, would I include this in my witness statement. Would I make a point of since disclosure these documents support my story even more ? Or do we keep these for cross examination. I am getting a mixed array of opinions.
