I am just curious if anyone on here was able to get a claim approved for prostate cancer being related to exposure of taxic water at Camp Lejeune? Being non-presumptive, what did it take to get your claim approved?

My claim was originally denied in 2018 (although later approved, in 2023, under the 2022 Pact Act as presumptive for service in SWA) as prostate cancer is not considered presumptive for Camp Lejeune toxic water exposure even though I had a letter from my doctor stating that the chemicals could have contributed to my diagnosis.

I don't know if anyone has ever used this site to build their "Ribbon Racks" but I thought I would share it with you. If you serve in the National Guard, it includes all the state ribbons. Additionally, it includes a lot of different badges, Just select the ribbons you want to display and then click "go" at the top of the page to display ribbons to select.
