Booking lightning lane (staying off property)

So I’m going to Disney world Tuesday. Im staying in a time share, very close to the parks. So I know I’ll only be able to book 3 days before the first day, which would be tomorrow morning at 7am. I’m scared there won’t be anything I want to ride available. What are the best strategies for me? I’m doing
Day1: MK
Day 2: Epcot (not getting lightning lane plan to drink around the world and do test track, frozen, guardians and soarin.. if someone recommends it I will get)
Day 3: Hollywood studios
Please help me, so I book the rides correctly and in the same areas so I’m not all over the park
