Genuine question because I keep running into the same issue. Every athletic greens alternative I try either feels too heavy in the gut or just doesn’t seem to do anything after a few weeks.

Has anyone found something they actually tolerate well long term? Right now I’m on the fence if this is just an expensive habit or something actually useful.

I keep seeing extreme versions of cleanses and I honestly do not know what to take seriously anymore. Some are super restrictive, others rely on supplements, and some people just say to live normally and avoid alcohol and processed food.

Has anyone here actually followed a routine that felt sustainable and gave real results like better energy or clearer thinking?
