Offsite Car being auctioned by an external seller.

Im from Switzerland and this Car is in Germany.

Is it worth it to import and fix? And my Question also, why didnt the Steering Wheel deploy? Or was it fixed to hide something, since all other Airbags cannot be seen clearly.
