I’ve been dealing with acne scars on my nose for about 1–2 years. It started with cystic acne that caused a lot of swelling and inflammation, and now I’m left with a mix of issues:

•     Slightly raised/thickened skin (fibrotic or hypertrophic?)

•	Some dents/atrophic scars

•	Large pores/sebaceous filaments (very oily nose)

So it’s not just simple scarring—it’s a mixed situation.

From what I’ve researched, treatments like:

•	Subcision

•	RF microneedling

•	Steroid injections (for raised areas)

might be needed.
