Hello, looking for some advice..

I’ve been a firefighter for the past 3 years, and I recently passed the NPTE (graduated from weekend DPT program). I’m interested in starting out in outpatient ortho, but I’d ideally like to work per diem or part-time while being a full-time firefighter. Many firefighters work per diem or part-time as nurses which I know is a bit different with the hospital shift system.

Is it realistic for a new grad to get hired in an outpatient clinic on a per diem or part-time basis? I’m wondering if anyone here has gone a similar route or has advice on how to approach clinics as a new grad. Thanks
