i'm honestly concerned about the brief they just released regarding the Celeste Rivas Hernandez case and that the whole case could become a mistrial as this brief they've released could very easily sway potential jurors again him, and this is before they have even had the preliminary hearing and selected jurors?? this diminishes his rights to a fair trial. why would the judge even allow this information to be released if it could possibly jeopardise the entire case or have this be postponed until media coverage on the case settles down?
