I try to achieve good sleep and I follow all general habits like:
- no caffeine
- no screens
- dark cold room
- be active, etc
I also tried suppliments:
- l-theanine
- ashwaganda
- magnesium glycinate
But I still can’t get perfect sleep. I don’t aim to increase deep sleep, because wearables are not accurate sleep trackers. But I dont understand how to get rid of awakenings. Any suggestions?
