Tag I’m disappointed

I submitted ONE card in March back when express was advertised for 10 days! It’s been 39 business day!! And I still have not received it! On top of that I saw that they just changed their expected date to 30 days estimate. So my main issue here is as a customer who paid additional money for a service that advertised quicker time should atleast be reimbursed for what tier it actually fell in.

I reached out to support and they gave me a 10% percent off code(like hell I’ll do another submission). Only one card… lost a customer for a life time.

But for those that are pleased with the service I hope they keep treating the community well! Good luck !
