Hello

I tried to transfer qty 20 of cspx to one of my accounts within ibkr. main account holds 20.2. But the transaction was rejected. I opened a ticket asking the reason of rejection and was told due to the receiving account setting not identical as source acount. After changing to be identical, tried internal position transfer again but failed!!! Opened the ticket but they are not responding. Do you have any idea why I am not able to do internal position tranfer?
