So I got my beloved iBook G3 out today that I've owned since 2017 and have kept stored in a laptop bag in my bedroom for about a year and I immediately noticed these weird specks/pixels on the screen that weren't there before.
The computer still works fine and luckily it's not super bad but I'm just wondering what it is exactly and if it'll improve with usage or get worse over time? 🤔
I've tried to get as clear photos as I possibly can of it, I'm hoping it's not vinegar syndrome as it doesn't look as severe as the other ones I've seen but definitely doesn't look good. It has been stored in a tight spot under a few heavy bags so I'm hoping it's not been crushed and that's what's affected the screen. I'm absolutely gutted and I don't know what to do aa I sadly don't have the money to get it fixed or the skills to do it myself ☹️
