Guys I m detained because of low attendance ( cuz of late fees) they took my attendance offline and now they are refusing to consider it for eligibility for exams. Although I have submitted my fees with late fine . Jb mne fees bhrlia h to detain ka kya mtlb??? I am thinking about registering grievance/complaint in UGC. Should I do it?
