Quick question, please.

Offered position for fund accountant at MS.

I have some defaults on credit file which are being paid down. Latest from Jan 2024 and two CCJ (total under £4k) from 2021 so expiring next year. These were accumulated during an abusive relationship. I have credit cards, rent, phone bills etc now all up to date and can provide evidence.

I have worked in Big 4 for over four years and am a chartered accountant.

Will these credit issues affect my background check meaning I am unlikely to get the job?
