Hi everyone, I'm considering taking a cruise on the World America with my son(he's 19). I looked and it's 595 for the week and 987 if I get drink package but it makes no sense because he can't drink. Will it be cheaper to book it at later time?

Also are there free restaurant on the ship or we will be restricted to dining room and buffets?
