Hello! I'm an LMFT in Arizona who's seriously looking into moving to the PNW this fall. I'd love any insight from therapists up there! How's the work there in agency settings? Are the salaries livable? Any significant differences between Washington and Oregon? Any considerations that a lifelong desert rat might not have considered about the PNW?

Weather and the desire to live somewhere politically bluer are main drivers behind the move. I'd really appreciate any insight from licensed folks up there. Thank you!
