This /help not allowing complaints is a testament to that. It says to go to help center, but of course, there is no option to add complaint at help center.

Is there any incentive to Reddit to tolerate these kind of behavior?

Let me be clear, I’m not complaining about “certain Reddit roles that I cannot say here”, I’m complaining about Reddit as a whole of not allowing anyone to speak up on these dictators, and not taking action on them.
