Hey guys,
Dropping this because when I was researching courses, Reddit was lowkey dry on Imarticus reviews 😅 so here’s my honest take after getting placed at GM Modular as a Junior Data Analyst.
My background isn’t anything crazy — not some IIT/CS god tbh. I come from a basic/non-tech background and was trying to pivot into data science.
I ended up choosing Imarticus mainly because the course looked more practical instead of just theory dumping. Placement support also seemed kinda legit compared to other options, and the shorter duration helped since I didn’t want to be stuck studying forever.
Coming to the actual experience — the course is pretty hands-on. You’ll be working on Python, SQL, and ML projects instead of just going through slides. Some trainers were actually solid and explained things well, though a few sessions did feel rushed ngl.
One thing to be clear about: you can’t just chill and expect results. There’s a lot of self-study involved, especially if you’re starting from zero. The course gives you structure, but the real effort has to come from your side.
Placement phase was a bit of a rollercoaster. Got a few rejections initially (hurt ngl 😂), but eventually managed to crack GM Modular.
Role: Junior Data Analyst
Final take — this is not a “pay money and get a job” type thing. Anyone saying that is capping. But if you’re willing to grind and actually put in consistent effort, it can help you get your foot in the door.
Would I recommend it? Yeah, but only if you’re ready to put in the work.
