I’m looking for feedback on my chances of getting endorsed for the UK Global Talent Visa (Tech route).
I have around 4.6 years of experience in the UK tech industry. For the last 4 years, I have been working with one of the UK’s leading banking institutions as a client, where I contributed to digital transformation projects, including migrating legacy systems to modern digital technology solutions.
Recently, I joined a major fintech product-based company, where I worked on a transformation project to migrate from legacy IBM TPF monitor systems to a new observability platform using DevOps tools and modern monitoring solutions.
My current profile includes:
• 2 media publications featuring my work/contributions
• 1 research paper
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects in banking and fintech
• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, observability, and modernization of legacy systems
I’m planning to apply under the Exceptional Promise category and wanted to understand how strong my profile looks, especially for Tech Nation-style endorsement criteria.
Would appreciate any advice, feedback, or suggestions on strengthening my application.
