Can anyone help me figure out how to get these orange stains out of my tub???

These have been here since I moved in and the leasing company claims it is orange hair dye. I have tried EVERYTHING. Rubbing alcohol, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, bleach cling gel, overnight bleach, magic eraser, BKF. It’s definitely lightened from everything I’ve done but I want it gone!!!
