MC secretly tries to ally with the story's hero
The mc kidnaps this girl for some reason (on the villains order), but he sets it up to where he can let her go without attracting to much suspicion from the villain, and to where he can get help from the hero.
Yeah, that’s all I remember, if anyone has anything that seems like it I’d really appreciate it, this all happens towards the beginning, like less than 50 chapters for sure :)
